WORDS AND YOU AND ME

by Andrzej Solecki

To Robin

They hear: ``Sun'' and do not blink, they say ``fear'' without being scared.

We are them, too.

You say ``I love you'' and I say ``I love you'' and our words meet.

And so should we.

I'm sure we might. All we need to do is to live our words and speak with care.

Let's round up our faces when we hear of smiles, and start blossoming when we talk of spring.
